Pumpkins!

We finally got around to carving/painting our pumpkins. Lincoln had so much fun I had to pry him away from his pumpkin.

I picked out my pumpkin thinking Spencer could fit inside it, and delicately rest his head on the side. (photo ops on the brain)
I think I underestimated the size of my baby.
Still pretty stinkin adorable.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar!

Saturday was Lincoln's birthday party, It was a blast! At least I had fun anyway.

Loved how the cake turned out! Lincoln had a blast picking off the skittles.

Lots of friends to help us celebrate!

Lincoln helped himself to endless suckers. He was in Heaven.
Ice cream cone cup cake. Yum! To bad I couldn't eat any.
"On Saturday, he ate through one piece of chocolate cake, one ice-cream cone, one pickle, one slice of Swiss cheese, one slice of salami, one lollipop, one piece of cherry pie, one sausage, one cupcake, and one slice of watermelon"

The many faces of Spencer

I couldn't pick my favorite, so I just put them all. He was the perfect little host for Lincoln's birthday party Saturday.

6 weeks!

My sweet baby Spencer is six weeks, and I take any chance I can get for a photo shoot.
Spencer is such a good baby! We are loving his sweet spirit. His smiles, coos and gurgles melt my heart. Even at 3 am, which is when he smiles the most.
He weighs in at 11 pounds 4 ounces!
He loves his big brother, and Lincoln loves him.

Tennessee

We had a fantastic week visiting family in Tennessee! We had so much fun and the boys did great. It was so fun watching Lincoln enjoy the much needed interaction with other kids. He had a blast.
We got really lucky and three of the four flights we were on we were able to get a seat for Lincoln. You can only have one lap baby per isle so on one flight we weren't able to sit by each other. But the rest we did. :)

(excuse the image quality, the lens we took was broken.)
We were welcomed by chocolate and flowers.

Lincoln LOVED playing with his cousins. Here he is hiding with Lydia.
We went to the Worlds Fair Park and went up the Sunsphere.
Here we are at the top.
Lincoln giving Afton a hug. How sweet.
Lincoln concentrating really hard. (notice the tongue)
Lincoln decided to join the singing group.
 Upside down building.
 Ripley's Believe it or not.

We also went up to The Great Smoky Mountains. It was beautiful!

 Russ, Sharlene, and us.
We went to a civil war museum. Lincoln was only interested in the cannons.
Sharlene and Lincoln at the Smokies
 Market Square
 Everyone loved Spencer,
